Authentic Embodiment is a unique blend of somatic movement designed to release tension, reconnect with your body and find freedom in your body, mind & heart.

There are rules no rules or fixed choreographies, no previous experience or certain levels of fitness required.
Emilie is an amazing guide, very grounded & to the point, keeping each session so unique and special. I'm surprised by how much I received both emotionally & physically.
I've been doing Yoga for 16 years but Emilie's teaching is like no other I've ever experienced, sometimes it feels like coaching & therapy sessions!
