The 4 week Journey
The tools & practices used in the Pleasure Program are open to all levels and require no previous experience.
Week 1: Identify & Release the Pressure
We explore the concept of pressure and learn powerful tools to let go of stress and tension through breath, movement, and self-led therapy practices.
Week 2: Reconnect to Pleasure
We discover the concept of pleasure and create pleasure rituals to open your senses to joy and what that truly means to you.
Week 3: Embody your Power
We uncover where we're leaking power & reclaim it by stepping into self-leadership with movement, voice & boundary practices.
Week 4: Create your Pleasure Path
We anchor your transformation with a personal practice plan that works for you, leaving you with a unique set of tools that you can apply at any given moment in your life.

What is Authentic Embodiment?
It's the conscious practice of moving and living from the inside out, following the movements of your body instead of your mind and learning to trust your own spirit over cultural concepts or limiting beliefs. It's surrendering to your own authentic nature.
The actual practice combines body awareness exercises with therapeutical techniques, allowing you to explore your physical and emotional self through movement, expression (like dance, voice, or even drawing or writing), and other spiritual, ceremonial and mindfulness practices. By bringing together both the physical and the spiritual, it allows you to express and connect with your most authentic self.
What can happen in Authentic Embodiment:
- Emotional release
- Mental clarity
- Genuine joy flooding over and through you
- A (renewed) sense of aliveness
- Intuitive insights and inspiration
Lose your mind and come to your senses
Expect a unique mix of cross-cultural physical and spiritual practices, such as:
- Yoga, exercise, dance, free movement, somatic embodiment, shaking & tapping, meditation, visualisation, journaling practices, sharing circles, intention setting as well as creative and bespoke ceremonial & ritual practices.
What to expect:
- Movement and dance: using spontaneous, free or structured movement to express (emotions) and connect with the body.
- Deepening the connection to the body and emotions through conscious breathing
- Vocal expression: using sounds, tones, or words to release and express feelings and sensations inside the body
- Mindfulness and somatic awareness: being fully present with physical sensations, recognizing how the body actually feels and holds itself. Recognizing emotions, stress, or patterns.
- Creative, ritual and ceremonial arts: engaging in guided or self-led practices like journaling to explore, express and release.
